Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced swimming instructor to join our faculty at Bahriatown School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students of all ages and skill levels in swimming techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe learning environment for all participants, adhering to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Deliver high-quality instruction, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and styles to engage students and promote learning.
• Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and assessments to inform instruction.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and any concerns.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture, embodying the values of our institution.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in swimming instruction and education.
• Contribute to the broader goals and objectives of our school community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant field, such as education or sports science.
• At least 5 years of experience teaching swimming to children and adults, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in various swimming styles and techniques, including competitive strokes and water safety.
