We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web technologies and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work alongside senior developers to assist in building, updating, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function using modern web technologies.
  2. Convert PSD/Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
  3. Maintain and update existing websites (WordPress, custom CMS, etc.).
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or coding issues.
  5. Optimize web pages for performance, loading speed, and SEO.
  6. Test websites across multiple browsers and devices for compatibility.
  7. Learn and implement best practices in web development and clean coding standards.
Required Skills:
  1. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  2. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
  3. Understanding of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap.
  4. Knowledge of version control tools like Git (preferred).
  5. Exposure to PHP or MySQL (a plus, not mandatory).
  6. Eagerness to learn, improve, and take constructive feedback.
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  2. Internship or academic project experience in web development is a strong advantage.
