About the React / React Native Developer Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for skilled developers to utilize their expertise in React and React Native to create high-quality front-end components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced developer who can develop and maintain front-end components using React and React Native.
  • Collaboration with designers and backend developers is essential to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.
  • The ideal candidate will optimize application performance, usability, and scalability.
  • The chosen developer will write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following modern standards and best practices.
  • Integrating RESTful APIs and managing state effectively using tools like Redux, Context API, or equivalent is crucial.
  • Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) for efficient code collaboration is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React and React Native development is required.
  • An Education: BSCS/ MSCS from a recognized university is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components is essential.
  • Experience working with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Material UI, ShadCN, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with mobile debugging tools, device testing, and app deployment is required.
  • Experience with tools like npm/yarn is necessary.
  • A strong grasp of responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and accessibility principles is crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment is essential.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Firebase, GraphQL, or Socket.IO is desirable.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of app store guidelines and OTA deployment tools like CodePush is advantageous.
