Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Evolve and improve a modular, extensible and cloud-native automation framework built using Java, Selenium (Selenide), TestNG, Allure, SLF4J and Maven.

- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure pipelines, Jenkins) enabling on-demand, scheduled and event-driven test execution at scale.

- Develop Page Object Model (POM) abstractions, fluent APIs and custom DSLs for test authoring, supporting multi-application and multi-tenant architectures.

- Implement dynamic test data management, service virtualization and environment provisioning for robust, isolated, and repeatable test scenarios.

- Engineer smart, self-healing locator strategies using ML-based selectors, visual validation, and resilient element identification.

- Contribute/improve reporting and analytics via Allure/custom dashboards) integrating with monitoring and alerting systems for real-time quality insights.

- Maintain and practice industry relevant coding standards, architectural guidelines and governance for automation assets across multiple tenants.

- Experience in mobile application test automation (Appium) is a plus.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of proven track record of hands on experience with building and scaling automation frameworks.

- Good knowledge of Java, automation tools, Testing techniques and cloud testing platforms.

- Experience with CI/CD and automated environment management.

- Proficiency in test data management, service virtualization, DB and API-level automation.

- Good understanding of functional, security, performance, and accessibility testing.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Experience with writing technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's in software engineering/IT with 4+ years of pure automation experience.
