We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS software solutions and Digital Applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and a strategic mindset to design scalable, high-performing, and future-ready solutions for telecom clients. This role requires collaboration across business, technology, and delivery teams to architect solutions that bridge telecom systems with modern digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture solutions for complex telecom ecosystems involving OSS/BSS platforms and digital front-end applications (e.g., self-care portals, mobile apps, digital onboarding).
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and create solution blueprints, integration strategies, and data flow diagrams.
• Guide development teams through architecture decisions, coding standards, and implementation best practices.
• Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with industry standards (TM Forum, eTOM, SID, ITIL) and enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, testers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
• Architect microservices-based solutions with a strong API-led design approach for flexibility and reusability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, integration, deployment, and operations.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies for inclusion in the solution stack.
• Support pre-sales and RFP processes by providing architectural inputs, estimates, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the software development industry with at least 3-5 years in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS domains such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, Mediation, Inventory.
• Solid experience designing and delivering Digital Applications (mobile/web portals, customer experience platforms).
• Proven development experience in Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar enterprise stacks, including database and API design.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of modern architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading digital transformation programs in telecom environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and telecom-specific middleware platforms.
• Exposure to TM Forum Open APIs and BSS/OSS interoperability patterns.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, or similar will be plus.
