  1. Contribute to developing organization-wide HR strategy.
  2. Design and implement organization HR policies.
  3. Supervise Payroll and Benefits (Payroll, EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful, Fuel Cards, etc.).
  4. Manage different site HR Operations through dedicated HR resources.
  5. Manage and update the Master data of employees in SAP HCM.
  6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and be responsible for all HR audits and regulatory norms.
  7. Manage digital copies of employee personal files in SAP HCM.
  8. Oversee the organization's HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori/Employee portal, performance management system, etc.).
  9. Prepare the organization-wide HR budget and control and monitor it.
  10. Manage and update the master data of different units.
  11. Address employees' queries (e.g., on compensation, labor regulations).
  12. Work on the standardization of KPIs and evaluate key HR metrics for monitoring performance.
