We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Perform high-level requirement analysis, estimation, and scheduling.
  2. Plan, monitor, track, control, and report on engineering activities.
  3. Prepare technical designs.
  4. Review technical designs, code, test plans, and test results.
  5. Support testing in system integration and user acceptance testing.
  6. Prepare releases.
  7. Contribute to non-functional requirements such as performance and security testing.
  8. Provide post-implementation support.
  9. Represent the engineering team in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders and other IT teams.
  10. Lead and guide the engineering team (approximately 5 or more members) to deliver as per effort and timeline agreements.
  11. Manage multiple projects (2-3 small to medium-sized projects).
  12. Report on status and metrics.
  13. Manage defects.
  14. Support and coordinate change management activities.
  15. Support defect prevention activities.

Implement engineering process improvements.
