We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform high-level requirement analysis, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Plan, monitor, track, control, and report on engineering activities.
  • Prepare technical designs.
  • Review technical designs, code, test plans, and test results.
  • Support testing in system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare releases.
  • Contribute to non-functional requirements such as performance and security testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support.
  • Represent the engineering team in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders and other IT teams.
  • Lead and guide an engineering team of approximately 5 or more members to deliver according to effort and timeline agreements.
  • Manage multiple projects (2-3 projects for small to medium sizes).
  • Report on status and metrics.
  • Manage defects.
  • Support and coordinate change management activities.
  • Support defect prevention activities.
  • Implement process improvements based on lessons learned.
