
Deputy Assistant Director Recruitment

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in talent acquisition, at reputable organizations.
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Proficient in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, post-recruitment activities).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including drafting advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, maintaining communication, and conducting interviews.
- Handle post-recruitment activities such as processing final approvals, issuing offer letters, and onboarding.
- Prepare personal files and maintain recruitment records for reporting and compliance purposes.

Terms & Conditions
- The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
- The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
- Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
- The age limit already includes a 5-year relaxation.
- The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees from Government/Semi-Government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Attested degrees from HEC must be presented at the interview.
- Women, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., are not allowed during tests and interviews.
