We're looking for a sharp and reliable writing intern to create personalized and persuasive proposals for on freelance platforms.
The goal?
Writing that stands out from the crowd, connect with clients meaningfully, and win more projects, without sounding spammy, robotic, or overly templated.

Company Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Write custom-tailored project proposals for a variety of freelance gigs (e.g., copywriting and social media).
  • Capture the client's brief and align our pitch with their tone and expectations.
  • Create engaging hooks, concise "Why am I the right fit" sections, and clear calls to action.
  • Adjust the writing style to match the client's industry and job type.
  • Occasionally review and improve existing proposal templates.

Key Tasks:
  • Analyze job descriptions quickly and accurately.
  • Write 15-25 high-quality proposals per day (volume may vary).
  • Personalize each pitch.
  • Prioritize authenticity.
  • Communicate proactively when clarification is needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written English; clear, professional, and concise.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor messages accordingly.
  • Fast turnaround and high attention to detail.
