Your Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 2–3 years of professional experience who can create high-quality, engaging, and content tailored for technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex technologies especially in software, AI, SaaS, and E-commerce and can translate that knowledge into clear, compelling documentation, blogs, product guides, and marketing material.

Responsibilities:

- Write, edit, and manage technical content including blogs, case studies, product documentation, and user guides.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather insights and translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.

- Create SEO-optimized content for product pages and blogs that improves discoverability and engagement.

- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to develop thought leadership pieces.

- Maintain and update knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Follow and help maintain the content style guide, tone, and branding across all channels.

- Break down complex concepts into clear steps for tutorials, how-tos, or developer documentation.

- Work closely with the design team to pair visual assets with written content.

What You Need:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or in a related content creation role.

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

- Proven experience writing for B2B software, SaaS, or technology products.

- Strong understanding of writing for multiple audiences including developers, business users, or customers.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, WordPress, Markdown, or CMS platforms.

- Basic knowledge of version control (Git), HTML/CSS, or API documentation is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or SEO tools like ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies or experience working in a tech/startup environment.

- Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, or developer tools.
