Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, and digital design. You will work closely with our creative directors and clients to deliver visually stunning projects that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across print and digital platforms.

• Create high-quality visuals, including logos, brochures, social media assets, and website graphics.

• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.

• Stay updated on design trends and tools to elevate the agency's creative output.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, and digital design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout techniques.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.

• Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
