We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is not only skilled in visual design but also has the ability to analyze, research, and understand the context behind each assigned task. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating purposeful designs backed by thoughtful insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual assets based on briefs (e.g., social media content, web banners, product visuals, etc.)
  • Conduct background research for each project to understand the product, audience, and current design trends
  • Interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into impactful designs
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent visual messaging
  • Revise and improve designs based on internal feedback
  • Organize and maintain a structured design file system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent
  • Strong research and conceptual thinking abilities
  • A solid design portfolio showcasing previous work across various formats
  • Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Good communication and time-management skills
