Overview

We're Hiring: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Production (Home Textile)
Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 125,000/month

AGILE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager – Production on behalf of our esteemed Home Textile Manufacturing client. If you have a strong background in textile production and a passion for driving performance and quality, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily floor production operations
  • Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve set targets
  • Implement and monitor process improvements to boost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards
  • Report and communicate progress to senior management
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment
  • Currently working as Assistant Manager for at least 2 years
  • Proven ability to manage production lines and large teams
  • Strong understanding of textile production processes
  • Prior experience in home textile manufacturing will be a significant advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
