As Area Sales Manager- North at PakWheels.com, you'll drive revenue growth by managing a multi-city sales team, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You'll coach field sales teams, monitor performance, and represent PakWheels.com at auto events to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage team of sales executive across multiple cities and build market dominance ultimately leading to revenue
  • Build strong relationship with clients, understand their needs (frequent field visits) and come up with effective ways to pitch and sell existing PakWheels.com products and develop new ones
  • Work closely with field sales team to consult, coach and monitor their activity
  • Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events and promote the company's brands through all possible mean.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelors (MBA can be a plus)
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field sales people
  • Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through sales team
  • Great communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus for better team support and client engagement
  • Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars) and creative
