Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a team of sales executives across multiple cities and build market dominance, ultimately leading to revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs (frequent field visits), and develop effective ways to pitch and sell existing PakWheels.com products and develop new ones.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to consult, coach, and monitor their activity.
  • Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events to promote the company's brands through all possible means.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelors (MBA can be a plus).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field salespeople.
  • Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through the sales team.
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills.
  • Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars), and creative.
