Call Center Representative / Customer Care Representative

Role Summary
  • Handle inbound / outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Telephonic follow up for recovery of payments.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record customer interactions and update relevant data accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and offerings.
  • Deliver excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly assess and resolve customer issues.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team collaboration to coordinate with other departments when necessary.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and processes.
Qualification and Experience
  • Graduation from an accredited university.
  • Fresh or up to 1 year of call center experience.
