Position Overview

As a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to clients, serving as the first point of contact for technical support related to Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and flexibility in working shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide white-glove service addressing Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
  • Assist customers with account details and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Azure tasks such as subscriptions, VMs, authentication, VPN, and network monitoring.
  • Build strong client and team relationships, adapt to changing needs.
  • Stay updated on technological changes through training and support calls.
  • Mentor new team members and troubleshoot incidents, identifying root causes.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution adhering to SLAs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and coordinate resolution efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, Windows AD, Windows Server, PowerShell.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for computer systems and mobile devices.
  • Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructures, security, and enterprise mobility.
  • Knowledge of Windows, SQL, Exchange Server is a plus.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Service-Now, Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
