Skillful Cloud Support Specialist

This exciting role involves delivering exceptional client service as the primary point of contact for technical support related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.

You will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise, and adaptability in working shifts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch service addressing Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
  • Assisting customers with account details and troubleshooting.
  • Managing Azure tasks such as subscriptions, VMs, authentication, VPN, and network monitoring.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Staying updated on technological advancements through continuous learning and support calls.
  • Mentoring new team members and resolving incidents efficiently.
  • Ensuring timely issue resolution while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements.

To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and approximately 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, Windows AD, Windows Server, and PowerShell. You will also be skilled at troubleshooting computer systems and mobile devices, and proficient in cloud/hybrid infrastructures, security, and enterprise mobility.

A certification in Microsoft technologies is preferred but not required. Additionally, experience with ticketing systems like Service-Now, Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk is advantageous.
