What does FP&A Business Partner do?
  • Collaborate with technology teams to formulate Capex business plans, review inputs, substantiate through analysis, set project timelines, and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop robust 0+12, quarterly, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with technology teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform investment appraisals, sensitivity, and variance analysis to support management decision-making and ensure efficient spending.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of Capex results for the technology department.
  • Conduct spend analysis, cost control, and reporting of key Capex items.
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking of CAPEX spend and projects.
  • Present project status updates monthly, quarterly, and annually, highlighting gaps and deviations from the business case.
  • Advise management on necessary adjustments and corrective actions.
  • Maintain project data in Oracle, ensuring alignment with business cases.
  • Work with budget owners to resolve queries, monitor Actual vs. Budget spend, plan to close gaps, and analyze exchange rate impacts.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, Shared Services, and manage accruals.
  • Coordinate audits and other assignments with auditors and consultants.
  • Manage CWIP/Inventory to meet budget targets, communicate strategies, and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee P2P activities for the technology function, acting as a liaison between vendors, SCM, AP, and Tax teams for PR/PO issuance and invoice processing.
