Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Sialkot. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role also involves handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and assisting in financial planning and budgeting. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance, monitor progress against goals, and make adjustments as needed. Maintaining clear and effective communication within the team and providing training and support to staff are also key responsibilities.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial planning and budgeting experience
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational efficiency
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in a management role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and management software tools
- Mid-Senior level
