Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, educating them about our services, and successfully closing deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, technology, and helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the IT sector, presenting our services (eBooks, websites, mobile apps, software, graphics).
  • Identify customer needs and tailor pitches to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Handle objections and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role (IT sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus but not mandatory (we will provide training).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
