Lead Generation Manager – EPC Solutions, Pakistan, Karachi

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a solid understanding of lead generation methods, strong presentation skills, and the ability to persistently pursue targets. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on lead generation, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (email campaigns, social media, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to track and manage leads effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone, or social media to introduce company products/services.
    • Conduct presentations or product demos to showcase value propositions to prospects.
    • Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Analyze lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, response rates) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to management on lead generation activities and results.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Goal Orientation:
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
    • Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency in lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of lead generation methods and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, CRM software).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • High level of persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Basic analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Response rate to outreach efforts.
  • CRM accuracy and lead tracking efficiency.
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
