Job Overview

Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Development Executive to join our team. As a Research and Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on various niches or equipment, testing them, managing budgets, analyzing pros and cons, showcasing strong analytical skills, maintaining meticulous records, and handling other tasks as per business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on different niches or equipment to identify opportunities for improvement, cost-effectiveness, and technological advancements.
  • Test Drive: Evaluate and test various solutions to determine their functionality, efficiency, and suitability for integration into our operations.
  • Budgeting: Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for research and development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Pros and Cons Analysis: Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions, providing detailed reports and recommendations for implementation or improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and market insights, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings, test results, budgets, and other relevant documentation.
  • Other Tasks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business requirements, contribute to innovation initiatives, and support ongoing projects as needed.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working hours: 7 PM to 4 AM
  • Job Type: Full-time
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Management, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in research and development roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying research findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in budget management and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Salary Range: 30,000 to 45,000 PKR per month
