Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our electrical systems. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and keeping our facilities running seamlessly.


• Expertise in Electrical Equipment: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of electrical equipment, including generators, UPS, pumps/motors, cabling, ATS panels, and more, to oversee their maintenance and functionality.


• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve electrical system malfunctions, employing your analytical skills to efficiently pinpoint and rectify issues.


• Maintenance Records: Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance and repair tasks, including work schedules, completed work orders, and thorough documentation of completed tasks. Ensure accuracy and completeness in record-keeping.


• Safety and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive safety checks and risk assessments for all electrical systems and equipment. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols, mitigating potential risks and hazards.


• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the electrical team, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and cost-saving measures, contributing to the optimization of our electrical operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of industry experience as an Electrical Supervisor.

A Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues.

Deep understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to electrical systems.

Leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.
