Responsibilities:

The role of this position is providing strategic leadership in planning, material budget control, and resource management by overseeing critical domains including ensuring optimal material utilization, budget adherence, and efficient resource allocation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the comprehensive material and budget control strategy, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining strict adherence to budget constraints, resulting in streamlined project costs and enhanced financial efficiency.
  2. Supervise the resource monitoring activities, ensuring a strategic approach to the allocation and utilization of resources across various projects, leading to improved resource efficiency and project outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with the team in overseeing administration, streamlining administrative processes to ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations, ensuring an environment of administrative excellence.
  4. Work closely with the team of material and budget control to ensure strict adherence to budgets, identifying areas for optimization without compromising project quality, resulting in cost savings and efficient resource utilization.
  5. Develop and implement resource allocation strategies in coordination with the teams, optimizing the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment, contributing to enhanced project execution.
  6. Provide strategic oversight in the planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, developing a cohesive and goal-oriented planning approach.
  7. Provide detail-oriented inputs in decision-making processes between the planning team and other departments, ensuring a synchronized approach to project execution, resulting in cohesive and integrated project plans.
  8. Ensure robust monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of planning initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency, leading to continuous improvement in planning processes.
  9. Collaborate with the team of Chief Engineers to forecast resource requirements, ensuring timely procurement and allocation for upcoming projects, facilitating proactive resource planning.
  10. Maintain open lines of communication and coordination between planning and execution teams, ensuring seamless information flow, promoting effective collaboration and project coordination.
  11. Work collaboratively with Chief Engineers to integrate quality assurance measures into the planning process, upholding international standards, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
  12. Conduct regular reviews of budgets, providing recommendations for optimization and cost-saving measures, contributing to efficient financial management.
