Job Title: Senior Engineering Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Monitor and assess project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Develop and implement effective change management procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR to optimize resource allocation and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • PEC registration mandatory.
