In this role, you will lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, focusing on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography, and C-Arm business lines.
Your Role:- Lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, with a focus on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography, and C-Arm business lines.
- Drive business growth within the designated area of responsibility, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and customer transparency.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital leadership (C-level executives), healthcare professionals, clinicians, and physicians.
- Ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and Priority Account Plans.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key and strategic customers at appropriate management levels.
- Identify and engage current and potential prospects in the market, presenting various sales options. Drive sales of company products and services by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions to address their challenges, offering accurate information, guidance, and support to strengthen partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities by recommending potential clients and exploring emerging market needs.
- Monitor current market trends and conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver desired results.
- BS in Medical Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling imaging equipment or medical devices in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proactive, independent, with self-initiative.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
