Apply now for the Executive Sales Engineer (M/F) role based in Islamabad. You will lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, focusing on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography, and C-Arm business lines.
Your Role:- Lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, with a focus on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography, and C-Arm business lines.
- Drive business growth within the designated area of responsibility, with a focus on comprehensive market coverage and customer transparency.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital leadership (C-level executives), healthcare professionals, clinicians, and physicians.
- Ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and Priority Account Plans.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key and strategic customers at appropriate management levels.
- Identify and engage current & potential prospects in the market, presenting various sales options. Drive sales of company products and services by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions to address their challenges, offering accurate information, guidance, and support to strengthen partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities by recommending potential clients and exploring emerging market needs.
- Monitor current market trends and conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver desired results.
- BS Medical Technology / Engineering degree or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling imaging equipment or medical devices in the healthcare industry.
- Good knowledge of languages, i.e., English and Urdu.
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
- Aggressive, independent with self-initiative.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
