About the Role

As an AI Solutions Consultant at Beam, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to address our customers' unique business challenges using our no-code Agent OS. You'll partner directly with clients to discover their requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure the seamless implementation of AI agents, and collaborate with our product team to shape our strategic direction in the adoption of AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire lifecycle of AI Automation deployment—from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands-on implementation using our no-code Agent OS.
  • Design agentic automations and engineer prompts that are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrate into customer workflows, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Be at the cutting edge of AI, using the latest Generative AI models to solve critical business problems and driving new features that impact the future of Beam's AI platform.
  • Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features that tackle innovation gaps and enhance the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, identifying opportunities for deeper AI integration, and driving the adoption of solutions that align with their long-term goals.
  • Contribute to shaping the direction of our AI Platform by providing feedback based on real-world use cases and customer insights.
