Job DescriptionSenior AI Agent Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

Beam AI is an agentic AI platform for Agentic Process Automation. It automates workflows with AI agents to reduce operational costs and create leverage.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology Studies, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical roles such as Software Solution, Software Consulting, Implementation Engineer, or similar, with a focus on customer-facing technical support or solution design.
  3. Experienced in Prompt Engineering, with the ability to design, refine, and optimize AI prompts for AI/LLM applications.
  4. Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers, from gathering requirements to delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the entire lifecycle of AI Agent deployment—from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands-on implementation.
  2. Be at the cutting edge of AI, using Generative AI models to solve critical business problems and driving new features that impact the future of Beam's AI platform.
  3. Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that enhance their operations.
