Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales and Office Management professional with an impressive track record to join our sales team.

This role requires overseeing sales and distribution, with a focus on growing the customer base. The ideal candidate should possess innate leadership qualities and be capable of maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Create sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals.
  3. Manage the sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed targets.
  4. Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  5. Identify hiring needs, and recruit and train new sales personnel.
  6. Educate the sales team through presentations, seminars, and regular meetings.
  7. Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  8. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  9. Initiate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
  10. Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  11. Address potential problems promptly and suggest solutions.
  12. Propose new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  13. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.
  14. Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.
Job Specifications

Essential skills include strong communication, active listening, leadership, time management, and the ability to coach and motivate a sales team. Additional skills required are problem-solving, adaptability, and knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and CRM systems. Specific skills include:

  1. Proficiency in English and Urdu for telephonic and written communication.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Design skills for social media marketing using Canva or other software.
