Location: Winston Tech Zone B-17, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination

across all departments, optimizing operational workflows, and driving key initiatives. This role requires a

highly organized, proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Strategic Support:


• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.


• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow up on action items.


• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on operational and strategic matters.

Operations Leadership:


• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across departments.


• Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.


• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Admin teams to streamline office functions.

Cross-Functional Coordination:


• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and teams.


• Track and report on key projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Stakeholder & External Relations:


• Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and vendors.


• Represent the company in meetings and draft high-level communications.

Event & Meeting Management:


• Plan and execute company events, meetings, and workshops.


• Handle end-to-end logistics, including venue booking and tech setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in operations management or executive support.


• Must have his own Vehicle.


• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.


• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana,

Trello).


• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualities:


• Experience in tech startups or scale-ups.


• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.


• Adaptability to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
