We are seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and qualify leads through online research, directories, and tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
  2. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective healthcare providers and decision-makers in the U.S. market.
  3. Deliver persuasive pitches and follow-up communications to generate interest in Claims Med's services.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends, service offerings, and the competitive landscape.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine telesales techniques.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
  2. Proven ability to engage and build rapport with U.S.-based clients.
  3. Experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service preferred.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Bachelor's degree (or above) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
