Human Resources Manager | Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager / Recruitment Consultant for our Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Peshawar offices. The role involves managing credit operations and actively handling recovery processes. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure timely collections, and minimize credit risk while playing a key role in credit management and recovery.

  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries and concerns related to credit and recovery matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices in accordance with the company's billing protocols.
  • Perform accurate ledger reconciliation and maintain updated records.
  • Conduct direct recovery efforts, including field visits or communication with delinquent customers.
  • Ensure recovery targets are met and support overall cash flow.
  • Monitor daily postings of incoming payments and reconcile with customer accounts.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in the entire credit and recovery cycle.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in BA, BBA, B Com, or MBA.

Proven experience in credit management and recovery operations.

Hands-on experience in ledger reconciliation and receivables management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure and independently manage recovery responsibilities.
