The Position

We are seeking a responsible and morally exemplary Office ChildCare Assistant/Daycare Nanny for our in-house childcare facility. The successful candidate will create a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children, performing tasks related to their care. The goal is to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage children in creative and educational activities to enhance their language, cognitive, and motor skills.
  • Communicate politely with children and teach courteous behaviors.
  • Read to and with children.
  • Plan and supervise rest, bed, and nap times.
  • Maintain cleanliness in interactive areas to ensure safety and hygiene.
  • Communicate with parents in emergencies and keep HR informed.
  • Ensure children's safety throughout the day.
  • Maintain childcare supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs to HR.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma; additional training in early childhood development or Montessori certification is a plus.
  • Proven childcare experience, preferably in an office environment.
  • First aid certification is advantageous.
