Rising Star Digital is looking to hire 2 experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Blue Area, Islamabad. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in call center operations, particularly in client communication and sales pitching.

This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a proactive approach to customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients
  • Confidently pitch services and handle objections
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
  • Meet targets related to client engagement and conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to pitch and persuade clients
  • Must be able to join immediately
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
  • Growth-oriented work environment
  • Opportunities to learn and evolve in the digital marketing space
  • Office located in the heart of Blue Area, Islamabad
