Join Our Team as QA Manager or QA Executive

We are a leading telecommunications company seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of QA Manager and QA Executive.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  2. Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
  3. Provide feedback and training to call center agents to improve performance.
  4. Analyze data and prepare reports on QA performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:
