Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to lead and enhance our testing processes for mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive test strategies, identifying bugs and usability issues, and ensuring that our apps meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.

Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and compatibility testing.

Identify, document, and track bugs in issue tracking tools like ClickUp.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices across the team.

Review product specifications and UI/UX designs to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Ensure high-quality releases and continuous improvement in product quality.

Requirements
:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on mobile and web apps.

Proficiency in QA tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, TestRail, etc.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in API testing and working with tools like Swagger or Postman.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
