- Make sure the material consumption based on BOM - Bill of Material (System vs Physical).
- Ensure requirements by production align with BOM standards for smooth process flow.
- Ensure system quantities are accurate as per physical requirements.
- Monitor Stock Take Gap Analysis and implement improvements.
- Competency in SAP to ensure 100% accuracy in input vs output material data.
- Analyze system vs physical consumption gaps and associated costs.
- Conduct Material Standard Audits daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure error-free reconciliation of materials.
- Maintain strong liaison with Inventory and Production teams, ensuring 100% coordination (T-1, Material Planning, Production Planning).
- Take responsibility for obsolete parts process, minimizing liabilities and waste.
- Report on achievement of targets and identify corrective actions.
- Ensure 100% material delivery to production line within target timelines through effective material requirement planning and handover.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Supply Chain
- Experience: 1-2 Years
