Job Summary:
- Located at Expo
- Up to $4,500
- 5 Days Work Week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant (APAC Team)
- Prepare materials and presentations for meetings, including business development discussions, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
- Conduct research and efficiently organize data for reports and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and expense claims for C-Suite/Top Management.
- Manage travel arrangements for the APAC team, including flights, visa applications, ground transportation, accommodation, dining, and activities.
- Handle expat management, including accommodation, schooling, vehicle, and visa matters.
- Oversee document management, including printing and filing.
- Organize events in Singapore and other APAC countries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Administration
- Act as a liaison between staff and the IT department regarding IT services and issue logging.
- Manage the office extension line.
- Oversee office equipment and vendor management, including contract renewals.
- Handle procurement of goods and services (e.g., furniture, IT equipment) and manage inventory and assets (local & overseas).
- Manage travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings for the SEA office.
- Assist in coordinating company or staff-related events.
- Cover reception duties as needed and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting C-Suite/Top Management.
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in English with the ability to manage C-Suite/Top Management confidently.
- Technologically skilled with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel – vLookup/Pivot, PowerPoint – Charts/Graphs).
