Job Responsibilities
  • Assigning of all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
  • The role requires managing effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
  • Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within the global IT industry.
  • Managing the business model within the Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe.
  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer.
  • Capture and interpret basic customer information.
  • Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions with attention to detail.
  • Build a services relationship with the customer.
  • Team management and client management.
Job Specification

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess basic analytical skills.
  • Basic MS Office skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable in different situations and environments.
  • Sound understanding of complex processes.
  • A proactive approach to customer queries and problems.
  • Knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is required.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Experience:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in customer services, management, or account management.

Location: Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
