Job Description: Business Analyst - Onsite (Not Remote)

Location: Onsite (Lahore DHA Phase 8 , Pakistan)

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our onsite team in Lahore DHA Phase 8 . The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving business success through effective requirement gathering and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and pain points.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or opportunities.
• Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for project delivery, including managing change requests and resolving issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, GitHub or similar for documentation and process mapping.
• Experience with wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Lucidchart is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is an advantage.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
