Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The Junior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with clients, developers, and project managers to ensure successful software development and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle within a fast-pacedon-siteenvironment at our office on Davis Road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Documentation:
• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Maintain and verify requirements specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Analysis:
• Support the analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Assist in proposing solutions for optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams.
• Facilitate effective communication, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions (if applicable to Agile methodology).
• Testing Support:
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that developed solutions meet defined requirements.
• Project Support:
• Support project managers in various project management activities, suchs as creating project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
• Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to understand trends and best practices relevant to projects.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, IT, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience in implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, etc.) is a significant plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exposure to prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
• Understanding of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN).
