We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Presentation Design Specialist to join our team. You will be key in crafting compelling presentations and visual communications that engage audiences and support our business goals.

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality presentations that deliver impactful messages. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate information into clear visuals, and design presentations that leave a lasting impression.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in presentation design or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software: MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Storytelling using presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand presentation goals and target audiences.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for presentations.
  • Design presentations using a variety of tools, including MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Prezi, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ensure presentations are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and adhere to best practices.
  • Incorporate data visualization, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance clarity.
  • Proofread and edit presentations for accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and presentation software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Presentation Design Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Prezi, and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
