Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by effectively managing inbound calls and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through professional and timely support, focusing on providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Monitor and engage with social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and company forums to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and features, and communicate relevant information to customers to enhance their user experience.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
  • Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accurate end-to-end support and a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and communicate the benefits of PakWheels\' marketing solutions in relation to those needs.
