Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000 (based on experience) + Commission + Daily Dinner
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
- Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
- Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
- Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
- Ability to work the night shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
