- Stay updated on new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of web-hosting services;
- Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.
- Handle customer calls on toll-free, landline, and mobile numbers;

- Maintain a strong IT background in hosting, domains, web development, and cloud services;
- Utilize social media effectively.
