As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for executing inbound sales and marketing strategies, driving web-based campaigns, and focusing on customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to attract customers;
  2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories, projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
  3. Manage WHMCS, DNS, Helpdesk Panels, and related services professionally;
  4. Achieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing relevant information aligned with the company's vision and mission;
  5. Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market share, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and forecasting business potential;
  6. Engage customers of all sizes with the value proposition of Managed WHMCS and participate in architectural discussions for cloud deployment;
  7. Create and optimize sales targets, landing pages, and micro-sites;
  8. Implement, analyze, and optimize organic search engine marketing activities;
  9. Execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers;
  10. Analyze and report weekly and monthly digital marketing metrics and lead statuses;
  11. Develop and manage content for social networks and blogs;
  12. Stay updated on new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of web-hosting services;
  13. Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls on toll-free, landline, and mobile numbers;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth across diverse customer segments;
  • Maintain a strong IT background in hosting, domains, web development, and cloud services;
  • Utilize social media effectively.
