We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and team leadership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  2. Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance and motivation to team members.
  3. Handle Business Score Card of Principal company in achieving targets.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and management to align sales strategies.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in automotive sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of the local automotive market and trends.
