We're Hiring Quality Controllers who live and breathe quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

If you're someone who can spot a shaky frame, poor audio sync, or off-brand edit from a mile away, we want you on our team.

  • Onsite (Lahore – OPF Society, Raiwind Road)

  • Night & Day Shift Options

What You'll Do:

  • Review video edits before delivery to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Coordinate with editors, project managers, and SMS teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Spot and flag errors in editing, transitions, audio, visual storytelling, and adherence to client guidelines.
  • Track revisions, quality issues, and performance of each editor using our internal tools.
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure client feedback is properly implemented.
  • Maintain organized reports and checklists for all projects.
  • Help implement quality improvement processes and conduct performance audits.
  • Have 1+ year of experience in a video QC, post-production, or content QA role.
  • Are highly detail-oriented with strong visual and storytelling judgment.
  • Have basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (hands-on editing not required, but a plus).
  • Understand the content needs of creators, brands, and marketing-led video formats.
  • Can work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Communicate clearly and give constructive feedback to editors and project managers.
